presumably the name was changed because the owners were no longer ex-cowboys?
Do you think it changed to Hollybush because Martyn Harrison is prickly?
Ah but don't forget a certain high ranking Minister with powers to grant Planning Permissions when refused at County level has a penchant for Cowboy Outfits.
